Culture Night 2024

Reflections – light projections on Wexford Arts Centre building highlighting the history and vibrant arts and cultural offerings within the town as part of Wexford Arts Centre celebrating it’s 50th anniversary as the oldest regional arts centre in Ireland. Featuring designs by Cormac Murray and Eddie O’Flaherty from Algorithm and artworks and excerpts from Samsara short film by artists Jonny Murphy and Mirona Mara. Public outdoor event in association with the Arts Office, Wexford County Council for Culture Night 2024 with Live spoken word and soundscape by Stephen James Smith and Basciville and invited guests – Cal O’Reilly, Peter Murphy, Álanna Hammel, Phil Lyons, Deirdre McGarry and Jonathan Murphy,

Project directed by Elizabeth Whyte, Executive Director Wexford Arts Centre and supported by Tamara Gangnus, Culture Night Co-ordinator and Liz Burns, Arts Officer, Wexford County Council.
